Meet Our Staff

J. J. joined the staff of North Shore Church in 2021.  He graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 1994, and it was there that he met his beautiful wife Stephanie.  They have been married for 25 years and have three children:  Stone (21) and Maggie (18) who both attend LSU and Jake (14) is a freshman at Montgomery High School.  J. J. began his career in coaching before God called him into the ministry in 2004. 

Cyndie and her husband, Bobby are blessed to have two wonderful daughters and son-in-laws who genuinely love the Lord.  Her greatest joy is serving God here at North Shore and spending time with her family.

She married Lee Armour  and they have two children. Their family has increased with a daughter and son added by marriage with one awesome grandson and three grand-dogs.

She loves the Lord and enjoys serving in His work for the Kingdom. She loves helping others and is a great listener.

A native-born Texan, Ivan has been a  Facility Maintenance/Environmental Manager and Operations Manager over several properties, as well as a Life Safety Directory/Coordinator for both multi housing and the medical field for 30 years in Texas, Louisiana and Missouri.

He holds a Universal Certificate in AC refrigerant from Farris University. He has attended several classes and seminars in maintenance and management field. He enjoyed training VICA students from Conroe High School in building maintenance and work ethics. He is a member of the President’s Citizen Corps, C.E.R.T. (Homeland Security), since 2008.

Ivan served on the Board of Trustees for First Baptist Church of Ellisville, MO. He has been active in several local missions an continues to be active in church activities.

He is known for his humor, dedication and artistic talent, using the latter to make props for ministry.

He has been married to Karen for 33 years and has 2 sons, Justin and Travis. They have one grandson, Jacob.  Justin owns his own company. Travis is an ordained minister. Ivan served on the church service ministry team with Karen and Travis for the past five and a half years at the Rehab located in Rivershire, Conroe; before the Lord sent them to North Shore Church.

David is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. He has been a member of North Shore Church for 10 years and enjoys serving behind the scenes with the technical aspects to keep the services running smoothly.
